Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. All returned items must be:

  • In original condition with tags attached
  • Unwashed and unworn
  • In original packaging where possible
Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, socks, and hosiery unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. This includes items from our Bras, Underwear, Socks, and Socks & Hosiery categories.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and details about the items you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Wait for authorization – Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with a return authorization number and instructions.
  3. Package your items securely including the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation.
  4. Ship your return to our warehouse at:

  5. Keep your tracking information until your return is processed.

Return Shipping Costs

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed

Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  1. Follow the same return process outlined above
  2. Clearly indicate the item and size you wish to exchange for
  3. We will ship your new item once we receive the return
  4. If the exchange item costs more, you will need to pay the difference
  5. If the exchange item costs less, we will refund the difference

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Underwear (including bras)
  • Socks and hosiery
